To exercise in the name and on behalf of the Company all the rights, powers and privileges of ownership, including the right to vote, with respect to any securities and shares owned or held by the Company, being empowered for that purpose personally to exercise this rights to vote inherent in such securities, or to grant in the name of the parties, he/she may hold the office of director in any Company, joint stock company or association in which could have been designated for such office.
