Border countries like Egypt, Turkey, and Ukraine were divided proportionally by rough estimate. All of Hawaii and ⅔ of Alaska was counted as Eastern land area because it lies west of 150} W., the proposed boundary on the opposite side of the globe from 30} East. While this division of the world is geographically central, the East dominates in population by over 2 to 1. As people are the presumed cells of the collective mind the East is the dominant hemisphere. The West hopes to rearrange the world population equation through warfare, which is the base motive for Western Imperialism.
