neutral  Cristina Crişan: Nu realizaţi diferenţa între drive-by (adjectiv) şi drive-by (substantiv). Aici e folosit ca substantiv - adjectivele nu adaugă "s" la plural. "Gloanţe" în ghilimele!!! Doar am sugerat mai jos încercări (sau şanse).

E vorba de doua intelesuri diferite exprimate prin acelasi termen, "drive-by":

1. "You have two drive-bys" ai posibiltatea sa afisezi doua imagini ale cladirii vazute "din masina".

2. "physical drive-by" - faza a doua in cumpararea unei locuinte - includerea intr-o lista de adrese potentiale, si tura in masina. Daca impresia "din masina" nu e favorabila - cumparatorul nu-si va pierde timpul si va continua la adresa urmatoare.

neutral  Cristina Crişan: Proprietăţi, unele în valoare de multe milioane de dolari, vândute pe baza unei impresii "din maşină"? Impresia, bună sau proastă, "din maşină" e faza "physical". Dar înainte? Agenţia respectivă permite afişarea a două poze strict luate din maşină?

  -> Nu e vorba de poze "luate din masina" ci care arata aspectul exterior al casei. Din cauza asta acelasi termen (drive by) folosit cu doua intelesuri e greu de redat tot printr-un singur termen. Poate mai potrivit era poza asp. exterior/impresia din masina.

Am recitit cu atenţie materialul al cărui legătură am dat-o mai sus, iar convingerea mea finală este că "drive-buys " se referă la cele două "tururi" ale casei. Primul este turul virtual, pe internet (indiferent câte fotografii sunt postate), iar al doilea, turul fizic, când se organizează acel open-house, şi când fiecare detaliu contează.

neutral  Anca Nitu: nu pot sa ma abtin dar daca zboara gloantele ma indoiesc serios ca cineva ar fi interesat sa achizitioneze proprietatea respectiva, sa nu va suparati!

  -> Sigur că nu mă supăr. Aţi verificat şi definiţia lui "drive-by"? S-ar părea că nu, aşa că am adăugat-o la răspunsul meu.
neutral  Sandra & Kenneth Grossman: Interesanta asociatia, dar nu trece proba utilizarii practice. Mi se pare clar ca e vorba de pozele-vedere ale casei, asa cum se vad din masina. Cumparatorii nu viziteaza toate casele potentiale (multe), ci cele care li se par atractive "din masina".
