Mie mi se pare ca un angajator nu se intereseaza atat de subtilitatile spirituale specifice unui individ ca atare sau din punct de vedere teoretic, ci mai ales de felul in care acestea ii pot influenta capacitatea lui de a munci si de a se adapta comunitatii de lucru, de a colabora cu ceilalti, de a intui problemele care trebuie rezolvate si de a indeplini cat mai bine ceea ce i se cere de catre sef, de exemplu. In acest sens, intuitiv, adaptabil sunt cuvintele cheie.
