As you may know, until now, the contractual process for the supply of petcoke (and/or coal) to the XXX Countries is as follows: XXX (thought its solid fuels team within the Energy & Strategic Sourcing Department) negotiates with petcoke/coal suppliers the contracts for such products mainly on long term basis, for the benefit of its affiliates, but each affiliate is finally the supplier’s counterparty, and legally orders the products and pays for them.
