I have to translate a Criminal Clearance Certificate issued by the Ministry of Interior of UAE from English to Romanian, but I am not sure that my translation is the right one. I used a certificate issued in Romania to guide me, but still there are some specific terms for which I cannot find an equivalent.

1st: ''General Directorate for Federal Criminal Police'' - Translation: ,,Directia Generala a Biroului Federal de Investigatii Criminale''

and

2nd - ''No criminal antecedents of the above subject till date. This certificate is issued upon his request without any liability towards others.'' - *Solicitantul NU are inscrise menituni in cazierul judiciar pana la aceasta data.
Acest cazier judiciar a fost eliberat la cererea solicitantului fara nicio consecinta asupra tertilor?
