Explanation:
pensie alimentara da un parinte copilului, intre soti se cheama de intretinere, daca sotul nu se poate intretine singur (ex o sotie casnica). Judecatorul da ordin pentru plata unei pensii de intretinere in cadrul procesului

dar aici se refera doar la perioada procesului, deci e mai degraba un sprijin financiar decat o pensie, care te face sa te gandesti ca e pentru tot restul vietii
