înmanarea notificării scrise Explanation: The parties shall agree on the appointment of an arbitrator or, failing agreement by the parties within 7 days of service of written notice by either party requesting agreement to the appointment of an arbitrator, such appointment shall be made by the president of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Părțile vor cădea de acord asupra numirii unui arbitru sau, în cazul în care nu se ajunge la un acord de către părți în decurs de 7 zile de la înmanarea notificării scrise de către fiecare dintre părțile care cer acordul pentru numirea unui arbitru, această numire va fi făcută de catre președintele Institutului Arbitrilor Autorizați. |
