"Senior Courts" s-ar putea traduce prin "Curtile Superioare" dar e imposibil de gasit echivalentul exact pentru ca organizarea e foarte diferita, aceste "Senior Courts" cuprinzand Curtea de Apel, Înalta Curte şi Curtea Regală...din cate am gasit eu la vremea respectiva. Am mai gasit un document: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/Notice.do?mode=dbl&lng1=de,ro&lang=... in care -in toate limbile, nu numai in romana, sintagma e lasata in limba originala...
