Senior Master of the Senior Courts of England and Wales
Explanation:
Carmen,
http://ron.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_romanian/law_general/45...
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/Notice.do?mode=dbl&lng1=de,ro&lang=...
in care -in toate limbile, nu numai in romana, sintagma e lasata in limba originala...
La data de 20 iunie 2005, potrivit Regulamentului nr. 1206/2001, instanța a formulat o cerere către biroul Senior Master of the Queen's Bench Division of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

A Master is a level of judge in the High Court lower than that of a High Court judge. They are mainly responsible for case management pre-trial, and cases are then heard at trial by a full High Court judge...

agree  Ioana Claudia Popa: Nici eu n-as traduce denumirea anumitor institutii specifice unei tari, pentru care in Romania de fapt nu exista echivalente decat doar partiale, asta in cel mai bun caz.
