Iar din DEX luam sensul cuvântului dedica: "A rezerva, în cursul unei activități, un interval de timp în care să te poți ocupa exclusiv de cineva sau de ceva." Cuvântul e foarte răspândit în sfera IT, de exemplu când se referă la servere dedicate.
