English term or phrase: hip jump
Launching a little dig session for a couple hours, built a sweet hip.

I think they are talking about hip jump, but I'm not sure. If yes, is there a specific term for this in Portuguese? If not, would it be sweet hip? Would it have a technical name in Portuguese?
Thank you!

rampa (de hip jump)
Explanation:
