agree  Fatima Noronha: casco limpo...A velocidade de deslocação de um barco é o afetada peos organismos (algas, cracas etc) que, com o tempo, se fixam no casco e mesmo nas hélices e que geram atrito; daí a velocidade estar a ser aferida tomando como padrão um casco limpo :)
