Estou traduzindo um registro de imóvel do Reino Unido, e há uma cláusula restritiva sobre transferência da propriedade na qual se lê:

"The purchaser ***doth hereby for himself his heirs executors...**, and assigns and all future owners and tenants of the said land..."

Eu suponho que "doth" seja forma arcaica de "does", assim como "hath" de "has" mas honestamente pela minha falta de experiência em documentos desse tipo não encontro sentido nem em doth nem na sequência "himself his heirs..."

Alguém saberia me dar uma luz?
