Obrigada a todos os colegas. Acabei por optar manter o inglês, ou seja, cânula olive, pois encontrei um documento específico sobre cânulas onde o termo não era traduzido. No entanto, o documento que o colega apresenta para "cânula com oliva" também me parece bastante credível, por isso vou manter as duas opções no glossário.
