heads up

Portuguese translation: Atentos

English to Portuguese translations [PRO]
Marketing - Marketing / Market Research / Texto para estimular vendedores
English term or phrase: heads up
To work out what brings costumers back to shop with us, time and time again. There are three words: easy, caring, fun. On the shop floor, we need to be HEADS UP. We have three important jobs: looking after our customers, making sure their experience is easy, caring and fun, and keeping our store tidy, neat, and well stocked.

Do contexto dá para chegar perto, mas como será em jargão de marketing?
Agradeço desde já
Antonio Tomás Lessa do Amaral
Portuguese translation:Atentos
Explanation:
Sei que não é jargão, mas não tenho a certeza de que seja necessário.
Outra opção, mais informal, seria "temos de ter o radar ligado", no sentido de que nada pode passar despercebido.

we need to be heads up
precisamos aproveitar as oportunidades

Explanation:

Acho que se trocar a estrutura da frase fica mais fiel à ideia:

heads up = quick to grasp a situation and take advantage of opportunities

Animem-se!

Explanation:
