is an expression banded about regarding "chubby" kids who, usually after their growth spurt, tend to slim down. It does not refer to obesity, but just "normal" growth characteristics. I would actually like to know what the "boilerplate" is for this term....IF IT IN FACT EXISTS!

Também me pareceu relacionado com a pele de adolescentes pois menciona acne e espinhas.
O grande problema dessa definição é que a maioria das entradas em português remete à obesidade infantil. Pelo que entendi, é uma gordura dos tecidos que sobrou da infância e ainda não foi assimilada pelo corpo adolescente ou adulto.

Apesar da tradução espanhola em português talvez seja melhor dizer: "gordura que sobrou da infância" para não confundir com obesidade infantil
