Olá colegas,

Estou a traduzir um texto-acordo EN>PT (Portugal). Gostaria de uma pequenina ajuda para os termos:

incoming party; outgoing party; continuing party.

Não há mais contexto, já que os termos aparecem isolados e ao princípio. Trata-se da alteração dum Acordo de Agência ("Agency Agreement").

Pensei em "parte que entra", "parte que sai" e "parte que permanece", mas julgo que sejam demasiado simplistas para um documento de cunho jurídico-comercial.

As figuras que compõem um contrato de agência serão o agente, o principal e o cliente.

O principal contrata o agente e o cliente adquire os serviços do principal através da atividade de angariação do agente.

Quem sabe, não seja:

Principal - Continuing Party (a parte "que permanece sempre" no contrato),
Agente - Outcoming Party (a "parte intermediária" no contrato),
Cliente - Incoming Party (a "parte que entra" no contrato, como parte que é "nova").

Não sei se a minha interpretação está certa. Baseio-me apenas nas partes que constam de um contrato de agência.
