Asker: Matheus, pergunto-me o que veem os falantes de língua inglesa entre um ovo e uma ampulheta? (Até dava para fazer uma adivinha!) As formas são diferentes, embora eu tivesse pensado imediatamente em "ampulheta". Obrigada.

Asker: Podia ter-me lembrado do Hercule Poirot que cozinhava os seus ovos com muita precisão através de um temporizador, mas não me lembrei e nem associaria o termo em questão a este preciso objeto :-D Há sempre uma história por detrás de uma palavra que estranhamos!
