I used Noronha\'s Legal Dictionary (Dicionário jurídico)

\"waiver\" when you give something up, is \"renúncia\"

\"damages\" is \"indenização\" in Brazil and \"indemnização\" in Portugal - so if you want it for Brazil, change it to \"indenização\"

I can\'t tell which country it is for by looking at your question.

\"subscriber\" is \"assinante\"
