I would use ‘temperos’ in this context. It is more idiomatic in my opinion; ‘condimentos’ sounds a bit too formal.

Sugestão: I don't think "condimentos" is wrong, but I would use "especiarias" or "tempero" because they are more used here in Brasil. They would give a more natural sound to your translation!

Olhando as outras sugestões e pesquisando, vi que as definições se superpõem. Porém, se a mistura referida pela autora da pergunta for industriallizada, pela Anvisa deve-se chamar de condimento.

neutral  Cristina Mantovani: tempero (seasoning) é mais abrangente, inclui os condimentos e também sal, açúcar, vinagre, etc. Para uma mistura a ser esfregada em um frango, eu diria que uma mistura de condimentos é o termo mais adequado.

  -> Acho que pelo que vi no dicionário as definições são praticamente equivalentes, o que muda é a naturalidade do termo... pra mim ‘tempero’ é mais natural e comum.
