Jeszcze z instrukcji eksploatacji laminatora, fragment o ładowaniu folii na wałek:

''Centre film on shaft manually, using a tape measure for accuracy. Once the film is centred, lock your film in place. This is accomplished by using the air gun. Send a blast of air into the nozzle at the end of the shaft which inflates the air bladder in the shaft.

Open the coating unit, from the home position by turning coating unit separator. Open oven air hood by removing latch at feed table side. Using the web bar handle, manually turn counter clockwise until it stops. This opens the web bar into position in order for the film to be “webbed”.

Web Your Laminator Properly

Webbing or threading is the process of adding your laminating film and media to the laminator and then threading it between the rollers. If done improperly, the results can be drifting of the film over the image and other negative effects. - https://sdgmag.com/features/lamination-techniques-0

------

The process starts of by loading rolls of materials (laminations films, and or mounting adhesives onto supply shafts. Those materials are then "webbed" or threaded threw(sic!) the laminator. - http://www.neschenamericas.com/websites/sealbrands/sealweb.n...

------

With proper webbing of the laminator, issues like film drift, wrinkling, bubbles and other defects can be eliminated which can be a direct result of operating the laminator. - http://www.signagespecialist.com/laminator_setup.pdf
