Brytyjska Ustawa o Wyjściu z Unii Europejskiej (European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 – określana jako EUWA) przewiduje utrzymanie w mocy w prawie angielskim większości przepisów prawa unijnego obowiązującego w dniu wyjścia. Reference: Retained EU law Reference information: Retained EU law. To avoid these gaps the Act provides for the retention of most of the EU law existing on exit day by 'converting' or 'transposing' directly applicable law into UK domestic law and by preserving the legislation (primary and secondary) that implements EU law which is not directly applicable. ---- As the UK leaves the EU, it is converting most of EU law into a new type of domestic law. "Retained EU law" is created by the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and will come into effect on "exit day" (29 March 2019). But what is this new law, who can change it, and how? https://researchbriefings.parliament.uk/ResearchBriefing/Sum... |
