o ile wiem nie istnieje to w polskim systemie prawnym - jest to forma ograniczonej wspólności majątkowej, stąd proponuję wyraźnie zaznaczyć to (wspólnotę majątkową masz już zresztą jako community of property). Być może można to nazwać wspólnotą dorobku, ale wymaga to większego zbadania sprawy.
