English term or phrase: low-pleached tree
Witam,

Mam jeszcze jeden problem z zakresu roślin, a mianowicie drzew formowanych.
Jak można by przetłumaczyć wyrażenie 'low-pleached' i 'high-pleached trees'?

Z góry dziękuję za pomoc:)

Pleaching or plashing is a technique of interweaving living and dead branches through a hedge for stock control. Trees are planted in lines, the branches are woven together to strengthen and fill any weak spots until the hedge thickens. [1] Branches in close contact may grow together, due to a natural phenomenon called inosculation, a natural graft. Pleach also means weaving of thin, whippy stems of trees to form a basketry effect.

Low Pleached Trees
We also supply a large range of low pleached trees which provide coverage from ground level. These make an ideal alternative to our other hedging options if space in the garden is limited but a dense screen is still required.
