How do you say “judicial murder”, please?

For example, in the mid-nineteenth century, one of the greatest heroes of my country, Wales, was convicted of murder and executed, even though he was obviously innocent.

This happened because the authorities wanted to find a scapegoat for the resistance being offered by the people of Wales against their English oppressors.

What the authorities did was to murder Dic Penderyn; the instrument they used was the corrupt court system. This is known as 'judicial murder'.

Explanation:
Also قتل قانونی or آدمکشی قانونی. I think اعدام would not be an appropriate equivalent. The word اعدام is "execution" while "murder" is قتل. In fact, the term "judicial murder" implies a kind of murder--and not execution--which is justified by means of law. "Execution" or اعدام does by itself imply a sense of legality and there's no need to add "judicial". The addition of "judicial" has been meant to describe murder which has been validated by a corrupt judicial system.
