English term or phrase: Gain adjustment
Topic mechanics:

I have been searching a good choice of word in Norwegian for "gain adjustment".
Does anyone have experience with this term?

(Context/details:
Servo motors can rotate with a constant torque regardless of load fluctuations (within ratings).
In addition, high-speed rotation can be reached at a stretch and quick movements can be handled.
Gain adjustment is an adjustment to achieve the servo motor function and to eliminate error between command pulse and actual rotation.
On a servo, "GAIN" is the numerical value that indicates how much the instruction is tracked. Increasing gain improves response but makes oscillation easier to occur.)

Thank you so much!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, this is exactly the answer I was hoping for as this is my first choice! Do you think nyttejustering could be another alternative or not? I got a suggestion for gevinstjustering, too. However I do not believe this would be a correct choice of word.
