agree  Per Bergvall: Coup d'etat kan aldri bli kuppforsøk slik det står - det er nok et statskupp per se. Men det har vel egentlig litt franske overtoner?

  -> Takk! Du har rett. Det er vel bare slik at enkelte statskupp er kuppforsøk, som f.eks. da Gorbatsjov var på ferie i Krim. Det var et statskupp. Det kan også kalles kuppforsøk. Men "coup" betyr jo kupp, rett fram.
