agree  Inga Jokubauske: priešprieša kinematografijai, arba judantiems paveikslėliams. Lietuviškai fotografija nevadinama "nejudančia" ar "nejudančiais paveikslėliais", kaip ir judantys paveikslėliai nevadinimi fotografija. Todėl manau, kad terminas puikiai tinka.

Tokiu atveju, tai "still" yra redundant terminas, užsilikęs iš senų laikų kaip atskiriantis fotografiją nuo kinematografijos (photography vs cinematography), t.y. paprastą fotografiją nuo motion pictures, t.y., video. Versčiau kaip fotografijos fakultetas.
