English term or phrase: front file
Straipsnio tema apie patentus. Sakinio pavyzdys:

Organisation 1 will deliver front file documents to Organisation 2.

Taip pat internete radau tokį front file paaiškinimą:

The front-file is the sequence of documents generated daily by the IP office, either received from the applicants or produced internally by the IP office proceedings.

(IP = industrial property)

At the time the EDMS module is implemented, the IP office will probably have a massive amount of physical documents, and these documents are usually called the back-file. For each physical dossier, many back-file documents will be contained within it, each of them filed or produced at a different date, and the separation of the documents contained in a single dossier could be an extremely hard task.
