Šiuo konkrečiu atveju, manau tinka, nes tuo „svertiniu efektu“ turima omeny, kad bet koks veiksmas gali sukelti žymiai stipresnį atoveiksmį, t. y., bankų rizika žymiai didesnė, nei skolinant įprastai.

Taigi, siūlyčiau verst „Šiuo atveju veikia labai didelis svertinis efektas, nes bankai prisiima riziką, todėl, reikalaudami įsipareigojimų, jie...“
