Explanation:
manau, kad tai tiksliausias lietuviško dokumento atitikmuo, nes būtent šiame LT dokumente surašoma informacija, kuri pateikiama ir tame memorandume. Tai ne įstatai ir ne steigimo sutartis, nes tokie dokumentai dažnai nėra laisvai prieinami. Nežinau, ar reiktų vertime keisti lietuviško dokumento atitikmeniu, kai pavadinimai taip nutolę, čia jau Jums geriau matyti

disagree  Rita Vaicekonyte: Šita informacija ir neturi būti viešai prieinama. Išrašas tėra išrašas, o ne originalus dokumentas, apie kurį čia kalbama. Bendrovės steigimo informacija gali/turi būti teikiama registrų centrui, bet terminas nieko nesako apie dokumento teikimą kažkur.

Šis terminas tinka, nes ypač plačiai naudojamas tiek ES dokumentuose, tiek LT įstatymuose. Be to, Jūsų pateiktame tekste/kontekste matosi, kad specifinis LT terminas, kurį siūlo Loreta, netinka, nes kalbama ne apie LT steigiamas bendroves, bet apie UK+buvusias jos kolonijas.
