mīļā, mīļotā / mīļais, mīļotais

Explanation:
If it is said about a woman, then it is "mīļā/mīļotā", if it is said about a man - "mīļais/mīļotais". Nevertheless, in the Latvian language endings change according case. These are given in subjective case.
It is not possible to translate more precisely withot the whole sentence.

atā,

Explanation:
If you mean "love" when signing off at the end of a message, to say "bye" - as in "I'll visit you next summer. love, Elen" - probably a good choice would be "atā" (bye) or any nice phrase just to finish off and nothing in the place of the English traditional "love". Latvian does not normally use the direct translation of "love" for such cases.

Otherwise, without the context it is difficult to say how to translate it...
