succession management and practice valuation. pēctecības nodrošināšana un prakses vērtēšana Explanation: I do not like the overuse of the word "management" in Latvian, so instead I put "nodrošināšana". Both lawyers and doctors can have practice. Practice: continous exercise of A PROFESSION (Merriam-Websters dictionary of law). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs 50 mins (2005-09-05 18:47:03 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- vets can have a practice too. Profession: paid occupation that requires advanced education and training,eg architecture, law or medicine. (Hornby)All of them need to see how their business is going to be developed.Part of that is making sure they have people to carry on the business.- "nodroshinashana" human resource planning. Valuation can apply to their financial capacity to carry on the business or the soundness of their business processes. |
