By check
Redemption proceeds you request in writing normally will be sent by check to the address of record on your account within seven days after receipt of the redemption request. If you give specific instructions in your redemption request, however, you may have the proceeds sent to another payee or to an address other than the address of record. A signature guarantee may be required.

If you request expedited delivery of proceeds, a fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your redemption proceeds.
