Another option.
What's more, the verb "basiare" ("basia" is its imperative) is the verb used for "kissing passionately", which I think well befits a love song such this.
"imber" ("imbrem" in the accusative) refers to a heavy, pouring-down rain.
And it could better fit in the song rythm (reading it metrically, you would pronounce the last vowel in "basia" and the fisrt in "imbrem" just like a single sound, summing up to three beats, just as in "kiss the rain").
