The nonprofit organization that I run goes by this name: www.passionfish.org. We are passionate about fish; we are committed to education. We combine the two in finding novel solutions to sustainable seafood problems. The term "passio piscus" spills easily off the tongue but I confess to not speaking a lick of Latin. Is it close enough for (non-) government work? Thanks!

ardor / alacritas pro piscibus
Explanation:
Hello Carl,

I would say "ardor pro piscibus" or "alacritas pro piscibus".
Alacritas would be perfect, but maybe it is too long if you need a title. Alacritas gives the sense of passion, enthusiasm, dedication.

"for fishes" here would need a "pro + ablative" construction: pro piscibus.

I hope this helps you!
