a whole world of new ideas...
斬新なアイデアがどっさり(ぎっしり)の世界(を)(へ)

Explanation:
The end you showed with ..., therefore I don't know what comes into its place. Whether(を)comes there or (へ) all depends on the context. Possible conmplete sentence is something like "Welcome to a whole world of new ideas", then it would be (へ). If it is "Take a look at a whole world of new ideas" it would be (を).
斬新 could a bit stretch from just "new", but we need to be creative when we are doing a marketing catch phrases.

agree  mstkwasa: I prefer 斬新 to 新しい. And I think ぎっしり sounds better than どっさり.

agree  tappi_k: and I agree with mstkwasa about the ぎっしり bit; in fact I'm not sure if I like どっさり

a whole world of new ideas...
新たなるアイディアの世界(を・へ)

Explanation:
新しい and 新たな are not as copy-appropriate as 新たなる.

From there, you have to decide (as others have mentioned) what to do about the "..." at the end, but I think you'd need the context to make that kind of judgment.

Additionally, アイディア might be rendered as コンセプト or 概念, etc., again depending on the content and context of the body of the translation.
