全体の文章を読んでみて思ったのですが、本来は"receipt part"ではなく"received part"ではないかと思います。

My understanding is..."receipt part from subcontractors after its repair must be returned into stock."

「外注先から修理されて返ってきた部品はストックに戻さなくてはならない。」というふうに解釈しました。・・・が如何でしょうか?
