Explanation:
また、それに関連してVarelaの神経現象学での脳科学と現象学とが相互に拘束し合うという関係はあくまで方向付け原理(カントでいうレギュラティーフ)であって、これだけでは脳科学と現象学(=third person perspectiveとfirst person perspective)とを繋ぐことはできない、という言葉をいただいた。

「バフチンは発話を、単声の表現手段としてではなく、多声の双方向プロセス(対話)または多方向プロセス(ポリフォニー)として概念化しようとした」、というのが文意のようですが、さて、精神分析もしくは心理分析で、「単声の表現手段としての発話」を通常なんと呼んでいるのか、one-person unidirectional perspectiveに該当する用語は見当たりませんでした。バフチンの対話性または多声性への対立概念は、「一元論的モノローグ」のようですが、ここでは当たらないので、強いてそれらしく訳せば、回答のようになるかと思います。ご参考まで。

心理療法の一種であるダイアード(dyad)の観察から、「二つの主観の相互作用」という概念を提示した、Merton Gillの造語にone-person psychologyおよびtwo-person psychologyがあるようです。オンライン心理学用語辞典でもGoogleの検索でも、該当する訳語もしくは用語は見つかりませんが、意味するところは単に「独話」とか「対話」とかいうのではなく、「一人心理」、「二人心理」というそれぞれが一つの心理学的状態、すなわち「一人弁証法」と「二人弁証法」の重なり合う様相であり、一方の視野に焦点を当てれば、他方の視野が一時的に消滅するので、記述が困難とされています。これに従えば、「一人一方向視野」が直訳として正解ということになります。

上掲ノートの引用論文に確証がありました。心理療法において患者が治療者(分析者)に対して起こす「転移」、治療者が患者に対して起こす「逆転移」について述べたくだりで、従来のフロイト主義的分析者(精神分析学者)の視点を、「一方向」の「一人心理」視点と呼んでいます。お尋ねのone-personがGillのone-person psychologyに由来するのは明らかです。結論としては、定訳はまだないと思われますので、原文に直訳を付したかたちにしてはいかがでしょうか。
The more traditional view holds that the patient's transferences readily stir the analyst's own conflictual issues and a countertransferential reaction occurs, which is a unidirectional, one-person psychology point of view.
