English term or phrase: Vocal Congruence
...found a powerful phenomenon, which they termed vocal congruence, in which adult partners match paused between vocalizations and match cycles of vocalizations and pauses.

Seems like a fixed term in psychoanalytic study.
Would be very helpful in anyone knows how it is called in Japanese psychoanalysits.
Many thanks in advance

Explanation:
I think this was a term coined by Beebe B, Alson D, Jaffe J, Feldstein S, Crown C (1988), and not really a set term. There are only 17 hits on google. My guess is that a literal translation is fine.

Also, if you can find:

You will probably get an answer, or you could ask 梶川さん

Thanks Graham. Actually, as you pointed out, they are talking about Jaffe and Feldstein, in this part of the document I am working on.
