ありがとうございます。お示しいただいた URL は個人の HP のようなのでやや確信が持てなかったのですが、ネイティブに近い方々からもアドバイスをいただきましたところ、発音的には "ju(r)slan" となるのだそうです。D を省いて詠むそうなので日本語にするとすれば「デュースラン」または「ジュースラン」が適当のようでした。-
