中心的な市場


Explanation:
質問がマーケティング関係に分類されていたので、「同市には市場として高い可能性がある」ことを言っていると思い、「（国の）中心的な市場」と訳してみました。文脈上、経済発展の側面をもっと出した方が良いなら、「国の経済発展を牽引する市場」とかでも良いと思います。（もしも市場と関係ない話なら、ピントはずれですみません。）
