元ルームメイト同士の会話で、部屋のことをdirtyとspicyで表現しているのですが、これはdirtyを「汚い」と「下品」にかけ、"spicy"で「色気がある」というように切り替えしているのでしょうか？

それともそのまま「汚い」の意味のみなのでしょうか？この場合、spicyをどう訳していいのでしょうか？
