Come per "semi's" credo si tratti di un plurale, dato che nei testi li trovo anche senza " 's ".

Se la mia interpretazione di SEMI'S è corretta (semi-finished material/products/goods) allora FINI'S potrebbe (e sottolineo potrebbe) voler dire "finished material/products/goods.

Purtroppo, pur facendo parecchie ricerche su Internet, non trovo conferma dell'abbreviazione FINI usata ad indicare finished goods (come invece ne ho trovate per SEMI) quindi, in questo caso più che mai, ti consiglio di chiedere spiegazioni al cliente (anche perché, a volte, le abbreviazioni vengono "coniate" dal cliente stesso e solo lui è in grado di sciogliere l'arcano).
