sobbalzare lontano da noi


Explanation:
"Shake away" intende il movimento del tavolo che, a causa delle scosse di terremoto, si sposta tramite movimento incerto ed imprevedibile.
Sobbalzare è il termine a mio avviso più appropriato per la situazione contingente. Secondo il dizionario Treccani, sinonimi di sobbalzo sono scossa, scossone, traballamento. Ma nè "scuotere lontano da noi" né "traballare lontano da noi" funzionano nel caso in questione. Anche "oscillare" non si adatta bene all'immagine di un tavolo in movimento a causa di scosse di terremoto. Pertanto "sobbalzare" è secondo me la traduzione più calzante.
