Explanation:
just another suggestion, not so close to the original meaning as Barbara's one, which I can not restrain to think about. Indeed, this one is almost not the contrary, but something like the 'negative side' of 'seize the day'. Neverthless, it is buildt around the concept of not wasting the day and, *just in this respect*, convinced me more than a translation dealing with the 'moment'.
