agree  Andreina Baiano: sì, ma in questo caso si direbbe "dichiarato" (in medichese ;.)); e forse pazzoide rende meglio di pazzo, in quanto fruiticake ha una connotazione più leggera di nutcase, ad esempio, cioé persona eccentrica, pazzerella
