il nasello non è altro che un fermo. Infatti e' l'elemento sporgente di un organo che serve appunto come fermo oppure per l'accoppiamento (ma penso che nel tuo caso sia la prima ipotesi).
Anche facendo la ricerca per immagini, puoi vedere tu stessa di cosa si tratta.
