Explanation:
Ho incontrato il termine "clevis" di recente anche io. In caso di traino o sollevamento, si chiama "occhione" (oppure golfare, quest'ultimo l'ho trovato nello specifico per il solo sollevamento) ed è un cerchio con una barra. Se invece è un gancio a U con un perno di fissaggio, si chiama grillo.

Cerca "grillo sollevamento" su google, il primo risultato è utilissimo:
