Come detto nel commento alla sua risposta, se si tratta di trapani non ci sono dubbi su "mandrino". Se si parla di semplici cacciaviti forse è più corretto "portapunta".

Explanation:
potrebbe essere il mandrino? non so se ho capito bene la parte che indichi, ma mi pare quel "coso" che alcuni trapani hanno del tipo autobloccante

agree  ozzi: porta inserti è più italiano, porta bit è più specifico, anche trapani ed avvitatori o lo hanno, o si può inserirlo su un mandrino, che per sè è un fissagio universale e non fisso come il porta bit

da quanto ho confrontato su google immagini, il bit driver é un cacciavite porta inserti (bits sono gli inserti). Si trova anche in italiano, Olga quindi ha ragione. Se si tratta di un trapano allora mandrino.
